Action: Orchestrated a €10M+ global program to redesign digital CX, E-commerce and Salesforce solution, integrating business and IT under one roadmap.

Insulin Facility IT Deployment – Novo Nordisk China

Situation: New insulin production facility in Tianjin required deployment of 40+ global IT systems under tight regulatory deadlines.

Action: Oversaw deployment and integration between HQ in Denmark and China operations, ensuring compliance and readiness, in the role of IT Work Package Owner (expat assignment).

Outcome: On-time, compliant go-live supporting critical manufacturing expansion.

Business and Process Transfomation – Impact Roasters Denmark

Situation: Impact Roasters, a Danish specialty coffee roastery and retail business, needed to evolve from an artisan-driven operation into a scalable, process-driven company. Rapid growth revealed challenges in business model clarity, pricing consistency, and operational efficiency.
